Contract administration

Philip Goacher Associates can act as Contract Administrators for a variety of projects which generally will have a large structural input. We can also organise Architects, Builders, Quantity Surveyors etc and help the Client from project inception to completion. Our proactive approach will keep costs and contract period to a minimum.

Philip Goacher Associates undertook investigations into the condition of the concrete forming the roof of the March Grandstand at Goodwood Racecourse, prepared a contract and acted as Contract Administrator for the repairs to the Grandstand. Philip Goacher Associates also acted as CDM Coordinators.
