Party Wall Act

Philip Goacher Associates will submit Party Wall notices to appropriate Party Wall owners, freeholders, leaseholders or long-term tenants and will act as Party Wall Surveyor if required.

Party Wall matters can be very expensive and time-consuming. Philip Goacher Associates tries to reduce time and costs to you by having a proactive and practical approach to Party Wall matters. Where possible, we will negotiate with Adjoining Owners in order to be appointed as an "Agreed Surveyor" thus reducing costs to Building Owners carrying out the works.
