Site investigations

Philip Goacher Associates will undertake site investigations on your behalf which include organising and attending trial holes, auger boreholes etc. as necessary. The investigations can also include opening up for detailed investigations of the structure. A full report providing details of the defects, possible causes and remedial works can be provided. Employing us to provide this service for new build or refurbishment projects is likely to reduce costs as we will rationalise the design, taking into account the information obtained from the investigations. The fee for this type of work is usually charged on an hourly basis.
