The Client required roof strengthening, chimney removal and support, and an opening to be provided between the lounge and dining room. Philip Goacher Associates surveyed the property; producing drawings, calculations and a schedule of works. We then obtained competitive tenders and acted as Contract Administrator to ensure the works were completed on time and within budget.
