Case Study – Structural Appraisal on Conversion to Domestic Flats
We were asked to assess the suitability of an 11-storey water tower for use as domestic flats. We undertook calculations for the load-carrying characteristics of the property and produced a viability report – unfortunately, in this instance it was not structurally viable to convert the water tower.
